INTRODUCTION
Module Information Booklet (MIB)
For Project 1. we were required to find sound effects from Youtube and record
voice overs for the characters in the video provided by Mr. Martin for the
dubbing exercise.
PROJECT 1: AUDIO DUBBING
1. Excel Sheet Compilation
For the first part of the project, we were required to create an excel sheet
to put in all the sound effect links into the sheet to ensure that we don't
get the sound effects downloaded to be lost in the sea of other files in our
laptop.

2. Video Dubbing
The video dubbing will be done in Adobe Premiere Pro, unfortunately, for the
voice over I was only able to record the voices straight from the premiere pro
voice over features since the microphone on my phone does not work, despite a
lot of times recording and trying to export it into my laptop.

FINAL MP3 COMPILATION OF SOUND EFFECTS:
REFLECTION
I've always been using the Premiere Pro software casually, only using it to
create video sequence. Learning to use the tools available in the Premiere Pro
was really an eye-opening for me, as I am not as exposed to the software as
much as others. Fortunately, I was able to create a much more manageable
files and where to locate videos or sound recordings by organizing them in
specific folders (I learned my lesson from the last semester).
Observation:
Throughout Project 1, I realized how much I lack in terms of video editing
skills, it took my quite a long time to go through this project because It
took me a long time to get used to the editing process. I realized that I was
holding off a lot of work due to feeling overwhelmed with the somewhat
difficult process that I had to overcome. However, lack of skills gives more
the reason for me to experiment and give the video editing a try despite of
how complex some features of the software could be. Throughout the project, I
realized that I was gradually getting the hang of the software.
Findings:
I have come to realize that video dubbing requires great attention to detail,
such as putting subtle noises in between videos that could change the course
of the atmosphere. Furthermore, video dubbing requires a lot of effort and
time management, this trait also applies to all the other design modules I'm
taking for this semester.
